DRIVE YOUR FUTURE
Inside the Digital Department, you will join the International Governance which represents the HQ-side reference that would foster communication and collaboration between Region and HQ on different areas: budget, progress on digital transformation, change management and training. In particular, you will be trained on the budget management process, evaluating data from multiple stakeholders and creating reports, working with Heads of Digital from the Regions and Local/Central Finance team
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
**You will support your tutor in**:
- Quarterly collection and updating of OPEX/CAPEX costs from Region HoDs, sharing with Finance HQ.
- Maintenance of dashboards for budget control and analysis towards target defined
- Preparation of Quarterly Review meetings between HQ and Region for sharing and updating on budget and project roadmap
- Management of investments approval processes
- Collection of training requests from digital colleagues and management of the training process from communication to the satisfaction survey
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
- Fluency in Italian and English (B2/C1)
- Good Knowledge in excel, power point, Microsoft office tools and digital technologies
