La gamma di servizi spazia dallo sviluppo del sito alla pianificazione e al finanziamento, dalla costruzione e gestione alla gestione técnica e commerciale, e quindi copre tutte le fasi della pianificazione e del funzionamento del progetto.

Con un approccio analitico, pratico e autonomo, ti assicurerai che i progetti di energia rinnovabile soddisfino i migliori standard normativi tecnici e ambientali, a partire dalla valutazione delle potenziali opportunità fino alla realizzazione dell'impianto fotovoltaico.
**I TUOI COMPITI**
- Svolgere due diligence e attività di garanzia della qualità a supporto di progetti Greenfield, Co-Sviluppo o M&A;
- Assumere il controllo e aggiornare il tracker con i dettagli delle particelle catastali, le date e gli aggiornamenti supportando il Business Development Team nella gestione dei pagamenti e delle scadenze;
- Supportare il Business Development Team nell'identificazione di un'area idonea per impianti FV o Agro-FV;
- Supportare il Team Legale e il Business Development Team nella redazione dei contratti e nella gestione dei rapporti con i proprietari, gli uffici legali ei notai;
- Assistere il Business Development Team e l'Head of Development nella gestione del portafoglio progetti;
- Supportare il Business Development Team nella negoziazione delle aree per impianti FV o Agro-FV;
- Eseguire sopralluoghi.
**IL TUO PROFILO**
- laurea triennale in urbanistica o agronomia; opportunità anche per geometra o perito agrario;
- Madrelingua italiano;
- Conoscenza di AutoCAD, GIS e suite per ufficio;
- Elevate capacità di negoziazione;
- Forti interessi nel settore delle energie rinnovabili;
- Conoscenza completa dell'inglese. Un'esperienza lavorativa e/o di studio all'estero costituisce un plus.
