- Alimentazione della Bancadati retail (Talent Acquisition)
- Supervisione al processo di inserimento e accompagnamento delle nuove risorse all’interno della organizzazione Retail (Talent Induction)
- Coordinamento delle attività formative, finalizzate allo sviluppo del capitale umano disponibile e dei KPI di vendita collegati ai diversi ruoli (Talent Training)
