Per conto di una nota multinazionale, unicum nel mercato in ambito **tech**, che che opera nel settore della logística e del trasporto internazionale; siamo alla ricerca di un **DEMAND MANAGER** per l'area **AIR & SEA **con almeno 5 anni di esperienza.

Questa figura sara responsabile della comprensione, della definizione, della pianificazione e della guida delle iniziative tecnologiche e di trasformazione relative alla business unit Air & Sea. Questo ruolo prevede la valutazione delle esigenze aziendali e lo sviluppo di piani completi per trasformare e ottimizzare i processi.

La figura che ricerchiamo farà da collante tra il business e la delivery, essendo a capo del team che si occupa dell' analisi dei requisiti.

**Compiti e responsabilità**:

- Coordinare e guidare il team di prodotto Air&Sea per analizzare e plasmare le richieste tecnologiche, apportando innovazione e rispondendo alle esigenze funzionali;
- Sviluppare, aggiornare e gestire un programma tecnologico e di trasformazione completo, in linea con la strategia di trasformazione globale e con gli obiettivi aziendali;
- Valutare e raccomandare soluzioni tecnologiche, collaborando con i team funzionali, prommuovendo una comunicazione efficace e l'allineamento con gli obiettivi generali di trasformazione;
- Guidare l'esecuzione di progetti tecnologici e di trasformazione, rispettando le tempistiche del progetto,
budget e standard di qualità, e facendo in modo che il cambiamento avvenga;
- Definire e implementare KPI in collaborazione con il team di prodotto per misurare i rischi, le criticità, le opportunità, il successo e l'impatto delle iniziative tecnologiche e di trasformazione della BU;
- Riferire regolarmente i progressi al responsabile della BU e al Technology and Transformation Manager fornendo spunti per un miglioramento continuo;
- Fornire supporto e consulenza alle aree di business, in particolare nel settore dei trasporti Air & Sea tra cui la gestione di assets e workshop, per la definizione e l'ottimizzazione dei processi e delle prestazioni, sfruttando le capacità dell'IT;
- Mantenere aggiornate le competenze tecniche e funzionali monitorando le tendenze e le innovazioni nel settore IT e nel mercato di riferimento.

**Must have**:

- Laurea magistrale in ambito STEM, preferibilmente Ingegneria dell'Informazione, Informatica, Sistemi Informativi,
Statistica o simili;
- Esperienza nell'analisi della domanda, nell'esecuzione di programmi, progetti e cambiamenti, nell'ottimizzazione dei processi e nelle iniziative di trasformazione, ottimizzazione dei processi e iniziative di trasformazione, preferibilmente nel settore dei trasporti e della logística;
- Forte competenza nella progettazione e nell'innovazione di alto livello, con la capacità di proporre e implementare soluzioni IT efficaci ed efficienti, allineate con allineate agli obiettivi strategici dell'azienda;
- Gradita la conoscenza dell'attività di trasporto Air & Sea e della gestione dell'officina, compresi i processi, le normative e le best practice;
- Capacità di gestire team e fornitori, dimostrando eccellenti doti di leadership, comunicazione e problem solving.

- Disponibilità a viaggiare per motivi di lavoro (in tutto il mondo).

Si offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato **full-time **con una RAL adeguata alla propria esperienza.
