**General Description of the Role**

The intern will support the Global Team with recruitment and talent related activities, and special projects about HR transformation. You will interact internally with the HR Community (both globally and locally) and other functions (IT, Global Business Services, Procurement, Corp. Comms.) and externally with vendors, suppliers and other key partners (consultants, recruitment companies, headhunters, communication agencies).

**Mission/Objectives**
- Helping in **making the Talent Team a true data-driven organization** - including:

- extracting recruitment and talent data from our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other sources (Qualtrics, job boards)
- data cleaning and reporting
- partnering with the HR Community to collect data for any business need
- Providing support in the **HR system management and maintenance** - including:

- resolving daily issues and requests by the HR Community
- delivering the knowledge transfer of the newly designed talent acquisition and talent performance processes to the HR Community and to the Business
- ticket management with IT/AMS (authorizations, access, visibility issues)
- Providing support in the **HR transformation** - including:

- Participating to the day-to-day transformation activities
- Collecting materials and information related to the project execution
- Testing the system
- Supporting the Team in managing **relationship with external suppliers** - including:

- vendor registration in our Procurement system
- verifying contracts and documentation
- opening “purchasing orders” (PO)
- Participating in the **end-to-end recruitment process** - including:

- opening job requisitions and screening CVs
- collecting brief from the hiring managers
- Support the Team in delivering **several projects related to the CoE** - including:

- employer branding and EVP external activation
- employee satisfaction and engagement survey
- talent acquisition and talent development dashboard

**Experience & Education**
- Master’s degree (enrolled, about to finish or recently graduated) preferably in Economics, Management, Business Administration and related. Another interesting educational path will be considered anyway.
- A specialization/interest in HR can be a plus.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
