RINA is seeking qualified **HSE_Jack-up Director **in Italy

**Location**: Italia offshore (Adriatico/area Crotone)

**Rotation**: 15/15

**Contract type**: 6 months( possible extension)

**Starting Date**: 15 July 2023

**Minimum requirement**:

- Relevant degree (i.e. in Engineering) and/or NEBOSH certification or equivalent certificate;Proven knowledge of international HSE regulations (standards - ISO, API, NFPA, IALA Guidelines, etc.);
- OPITO - BOSIET, Advanced firefighting course certificate (livello 3 - as per DM 01/09/21)and First aid (Gruppo A - as per DM 388/03);Certified training on risks related to health and safety of workers (including risk relating to pressure equipment and work at height) and to the environment as per D.Lgs 81/08 (Corso Preposti) and “Accordo Stato/Regioni” for companies in “rischio elevato” group;
- Training on mining legislation (minimum 16h - D.Lgs. 624/96, DPR 128/59 e DPR 886/79);
- Knowledge of Drilling and Completion activities (workover, drilling&completion, SIMOPS)

**He/she will ensure as minimum the following activities**:

- The full compliance with the Italian legislation requirements for the workplace (minimum D.Lgs. 624/96, D.Lgs 81/08, DPR 128/59, DPR 886/79)
- the identification of specific risks associated to the worksite and relevant preventive and
- protective measures in the PTW (e.g. interferential risks generated by the interaction of the activity with others ones and the oil&gas risks);
- The work is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the HSE risk assessment document and in compliance with national rules on the health and safety of workers;
- The intervention in case of violation of the HSE provisions, on workers and team leaders of
- any contractors/subcontractors, informing his/her superior/referent (Stop Work Authority enforcement);
- The approval of the work permit, authorizing the execution of works;
- The implementation of the PTW procedure with monitoring on regular basis to ensure that it is properly applied;
**EDUCATION**

Relevant degree (i.e. in Engineering) and/or NEBOSH certification or equivalent certificate;
Having gained at least 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas offshore.
