We are looking for motivated and ambitious young talent to join our **18-month Graduate Program**. If you aspire to an international career path and a unique training experience, this is your chance
- What we offer:_
- The opportunity to join the** Tech, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, Services&Solution and Marketing **functions.
- ** Training and participation in company projects**:an intensive 18-month program to develop your professional and personal skills and hands-on experience that will allow you to dive deep into your chosen field and make a meaningful contribution from the start.
- ** International Experience**:you will have a 6-month assignment in Italy, and then 12-month assignment in two different countries (6 months in each country) that will provide you with valuable insights into different markets, cultures, and business practices. This is your chance to seize new opportunities, expand your network of contacts and enrich your career path.
- ** Professional growth**:Dedicated mentorship and networking with colleagues from different functions.
- ** Challenging and dynamic work environment** where you will be asked to propose your ideas and make your voice heard.

**Requisiti**:
What we are looking for:

- ** Graduates **(up to 2 years after completion of studies)** **or** final year students **in the fields of: management, logistics, supply chain, finance and accounting, economics and related disciplines;
- ** Enthusiasm and ambition**:readiness to take on new challenges and make the difference**.**:

- ** Open-mindedness**: willingness to travel (domestic and international) and to undertake internship in another countries.
- ** Proficiency in English,** at least level C1.
