Umana spa ricerca per la propria divisione Politiche Attive del Lavoro un orientatore/career coach al quale verrà assegnata la responsabilità della gestione di percorsi di orientamento, l'erogazione di formazione trasversale e consulenza di carriera._
- La risorsa, nello specifico si occuperà di:_
- _pianificazione, progettazione ed erogazione delle attività d'aula: soft skills, personal branding_
- _consulenza orientativa one to one_
- _gestione processi di selezione ( stesura job profile, screening e colloqui di selezione, assessment valutativi)_
- _promozione formazione on the job_
- _gestione dei registri, della documentazione e della relativa rendicontazione_
- _gestire i contatti con enti finanziatori ed enti pubblici_
- Il profilo ricercato deve avere già maturato un’esperienza nell’ambito delle risorse umane di _**_almeno 1 anno _**_nelle aree selezione del personale, sviluppo e formazione e possedere una l_**_aurea triennale/laurea magistrale._**
- Si richiedono:_
- _flessibilità, doti relazionali e comunicative_
- _propensione al monitoraggio e all’analisi dei dati_
- _esperienza di almeno_**_ 1 anno in ruoli affini_
