Descrizione del lavoro
- Di cosa ti occuperai?_
- Supporterai e formerai i preparatori macchina
- Ti occuperai della programmazione CNC
- Supervisionerai le verifiche di manutenzione di primo livello operate dal Machine Tool Setter-Operator (controlli e manutenzione ordinaria) e definirai, con il Machining Villasanta e con il Maintenance Machining, le verifiche di secondo livello da effettuare
- Definirai e sarai responsabile delle modalità di riavvio del processo produttivo secondo gli standard qualitativi a fronte di eventuali guasti
- In Collaborazione con il Machining Manager monitorerai e garantirai il rispetto dei KPIs di reparto previsti
- Collaborerai con il Quality Management & Methods per garantire che il processo produttivo rispetti gli standard di qualità previsti
- Collaborerai con il reparto Engineering Technical Functions per l’introduzione e definizione dei nuovi processi di produzione e dei cicli supplementari di lavoro
- Collaborerai con il reparto Engineering Technical Functions in merito ad aspetti di lavorazione meccanica e svolge test su nuovi utensili
- Manterrai e controllerai la sicurezza del processo e degli impianti produttivi

Qualifiche
- Cosa ti distingue?_
- Diploma o cultura equivalente
- Conoscenza approfondita e gestione autonoma del processo di lavorazioni meccaniche
- Conoscenza approfondita dei parametri di taglio utensili
- Conoscenza approfondita del disegno meccanico
- Conoscenza approfondita del linguaggio di programmazione CNC
