Come **Process Lab Technician **fornirai supporto al Process Eng Manager e al Process Eng nell'ottimizzazione dell'intero processo produttivo sia su prodotti/formule standard che nuovi. Collaborerai con i Process Eng al fine di indagare, comprendere e implementare soluzioni relative ai problemi di produzione attraverso l'analisi dei dati, analisi di laboratorio o test, se richiesto. Infine, esaminerai con i Process Eng le opportunità di miglioramento relative al controllo di qualità e al processo.

**Responsabilità**:

- Collabora con il Process Eng e il Process Eng Manager su progetti di miglioramento e cost saving eseguendo prove di laboratorio semi-industriali su:

- Prodotti di scale-up critici
- Prodotti con problemi di produzione
- Prodotti in sviluppo
- Prodotti con processi produttivi da ottimizzazione rispetto agli esistenti
- Collabora con il process eng e il Process Eng Manager eseguendo prove di Lab relative a prodotti fuori specifica, problemi di qualità con cause non note (QP) e lotti Stop of sale
- Colletta e analizza dati per fornire registrazioni dettagliate e documentazione delle attività/progetti definiti con il Process Eng Manager.
- Gestisce e tara periodicamente le strumentazioni di laboratorio

**Qualifiche**:

- Laurea in Chimica e/o in Ingegneria Chimica o Diploma Tecnico
- Conoscenze di chimica di base e capacità analitiche
- Conoscenza tecniche su strumentazioni da laboratorio e industriali
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese e del pacchetto Office
