Admissions Specialist

NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, is an education Academy focusing on arts and design: it is the largest private Academy in Italy, and the first one to have been recognized by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR), back in 1980. As a recognized Academy, NABA offers academic diplomas equivalent to first and second level university degrees in the fields of design, fashion, graphics and communication, multimedia arts, set design, and visual arts and looks for:
ADMISSIONS SPECIALIST
- Monitor admissions pipeline and respond to counsellors and ECs questions related to the admission procedures.
- Respond to applicants and follow-up on missing documents as well as provide detailed information about scholarships, financial aid as well as visa advises (for Non-European students only).
- Receive and register confirmation from admitted students;
- Follow-up on payments of; follow-up on administrative and practical issues (arrival, visa).
- Execute program specific acceptance procedures, including entrance exam, portfolio assessment (based on requirements of program).
- Coordinate the set up of the International matriculation desks organized twice per year.
- Contact with Italian Diplomatic Representative Authorities in order to speed up the process of visa issue.
- Provide support to the Admissions Manager in elaboration of admissions’ reports and enrollemnts’ analysis.
- Constantly learn and update on foreign qualifications and education systems and support the Admissions Manager in the creation of a foreign titles’ database.

Job requirements:
Fluent knowledge of Italian and English is key.
