Posting Date: 26 Feb 2024- City: Genova- Location: Genova, IT, 16128 Roma, IT, 144- Contract Type: Permanent- Division: Marine & Certification Partner- Level of experience: IntermediateRINA is currently recruiting for an **IT Project Manager** to join its office in Genoa or Rome (Italy) within the IT Marine Partner Division (Global IT).
**Mission**:
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Definition of user requirements and specific IT system requirements in cooperation with the end users and the other technical experts
- Support to business processes and audits linked to security and GDPR
- Planning activities
- Manage the development team, acting as internal counterpart in development projects involving external suppliers
- Test management (in cooperation with the end users: definition of test cases, execution, collection of evidences)
- Identify and mitigate project risks or issues
- Manage the ordinary maintenance of the software and of issues, analyzing and proposing solutions for improving functionalities and performance
- Technical support to company staff and troubleshooting of system problems
**Education**:
- Master’s Degree in Engineering General
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
**Qualifications**:
- 5-years of work experience in IT sector
- English B2 or higher
- Nice to have: ITIL foundation certification and/or other IT certification
- Knowledge of the following technologies/products:
- Project Management tools (example: MS Project)
