**Who we are looking for**

For our Milan office, we are currently looking for an intern in the Communication Department of Amplifon Italy.

**Main activities**
The Communication Intern will support the Italy Communication Manager in the following activities:
INTERNAL COMMUNICATION & EMPLOYEES ENGAGEMENT
- Interact with key stakeholders and functions to design and deploy the internal editorial plan through all communication means based on different projects and initiatives
- Support the engagement plan by identifying and managing targeted initiatives and organizing company meetings and events
- Work with our Global Communication team to ensure the local cascading of global initiatives

EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION & EMPLOYER BRANDING
- Closely cooperate with Italy Talent Manager in all Employer Branding Activities, with a special focus on University and High School Events
- Coordinate the Amplifon Italy Scholarship Program
- Support the global social media strategy on a local level by creating content in line with our targets and priorities

**Skills and Experiences
- Undergraduate or new graduate in the Economic or Humanistic field
- a Master's in Communication will be a plus as well as a brief previous experience in similar activities
- Knowledge of digital communication channels
- Fluent in English (intermediate level)
- Good communication skills
- Positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work autonomously, plan and respect deadlines
- Curiosity, agility to learn
