We are currently increasing our team within the DPE (Danieli Plant Engineer) area.

**Job Title**: Proposal Designer

**Characteristics of the role**: Layout design of integrated steel plants and related auxiliaries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Layout development of integrated iron and steel plants and related auxiliaries such as water treatment plants and the supply of technological fluids/electricity supply. The activities will be carried out by working as a team with your own work group and with the other company Business Units (BUs);
- The Proposal Designer develops 2D and 3D engineering, using the company software listed below, in accordance with the regulations governing technical drawing and Danieli standards;
- Must coordinate the various BUs and comment on the input data to verify their adequacy and propose improvements. This is with the aim of both optimizing and producing engineering in quality and in accordance with deadlines;
- Must comment on the preliminary design received from the Bus;
- Must support the Proposal Leader in meetings with the client supporting technical discussions, illustrating when designed;
- Must be able to organize their work within the offer planning and propose possible improvements and optimization in the work activity.

**Technical Requirements**:

- Level of education: Surveyor/Building expert (CAT), industrialist/Civil/Mechanical Engineer (three-year course);
- Advanced knowledge of 2D CAD design programs (Autodesk AutoCAD);
- Knowledge of 3D design programs;
- Had PDMS and/or E3D, BOCAD, Autodesk Navisworks;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project);
- Languages: Good level of English, written and spoken**.**
