Get ready for new challenges and experiences. We are currently looking for a motivated Quality Engineer to join the team of Zetronic in our Padua plant (Italy). The company MOLEX ZETRONIC S.R.L., is a Manufacturer / Producer, operating in the field of Passive electronic components and printed circuit boards. It is also present in the sectors and electronic connectors. The Quality Engineer has responsibilities to support the improvement activities in the organization to achieve customer satisfaction (in term of safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance). QE must involve all the people and sharethe philosophy that quality must be built into the process from top to bottom. Share and explain the customer specific requirement. Drive in the department the Zero-Defect culture. What You Will Do In Your Role Production quality control and operators support, training people, internal and external issue prevention. Test Report on product qualification for new items to be integrated to PPAP, dimensional report. Analysis of technical problems (internal and external) Modification, development of Control Plans (internal and external) 8D analysis and data collection in case of issues. The Experience You Will Bring Requirements:
Technical diploma (preferably industrial engineering focus mechanical or electronic) Knowledge of the English language Experience in the quality field and knowledge of quality tools (problem solving, PlanDoCheckAct, 8D, FMEA, 5S, risk analysis...) Experience with 2D/3D measuring machines Ability to read technical drawings What Will Put You Ahead Very good knowledge of IT tools. (excel, database, word, one note, outlook, ) Very good ability to Work in team, and to be proactive. Person who applies method on his/her activities with discipline. Very good ability to use major measuring instruments (calipers/micrometers/comparators/ dynamometers
