**CATEGORY BUYER**:
A diretto riporto del Category Manager ricerchiamo per la nostra sede di Genova un/una:
CATEGORY BUYER

l'obiettivo di questa figura sarà l’applicazione delle linee guida definite dal CPO per le categorie di riferimento, assicurando la competitività del panel fornitori, la definizione del listino prezzi e la definizione contrattuale e assicurando la continuità produttiva attraverso la gestione costante dei fornitori.

**PRINCIPALI ATTIVITÀ**:
Attuare i processi e la strategia di acquisto per le categorie di riferimento, raccogliendo i fabbisogni a breve e lungo termine degli stakeholders;
Analizzare e consolidare i fabbisogni in ottica best value solutions e proporre le strategie da implementare;
Identificare insieme agli stakeholders la bidder list, implementando un processo di RFI,RFQ, analizzando le offerte e definendo la short list per la negoziazione;
Preparare negoziare i contratti, definendo gli obiettivi da raggiungere con la Direzione;
Negoziare i contratti definendo il listino prezzi del periodo di riferimento e il frame agreement del contratto e formalizzare gli accordi, in allineamento con il Legal

Department, e assicurando all’azienda il rispetto dei termini contrattuali;
Implementare value analysis, design to cost, miglioramento della performance dei fornitori.

**REQUISITI RICHIESTI**:
Esperienza pregressa in ruoli analoghi

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

Buona conoscenza del pacchetto office

Preferibile Laurea in ambito economico o ingegneria gestionale
