Join a Leading Fashion and Luxury organization in an exciting **eCommerce Technical Manager **role

The **eCommerce Technical Manager** will be responsible for the architecture and integrations of the e-commerce platforms, as well as overseeing end-to-end processes that it supports.

This role is critical to ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving growth for the company's e-commerce operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate multiple streams of projects to drive growth in global omnichannel direct-to-consumer e-Commerce.
- Own a portfolio of complex projects to deliver and maintain (sites, integrations, functional flows).
- Identifying and implementing solutions based on new and existing technologies, hitting the target in terms of functionality, quality, cost, and speed of execution.
- Ensure alignment between e-commerce business targets and tech requirements, analyzing the needs and opportunities for improvement of business processes.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the development and maintenance of eCommerce architectures in an Agile environment.
- Play a key role of contact with several departments including logistics, operations, legal, marketing automation, pricing, IT, sales commercial, finance, and payments to ensure a frictionless experience for customers and smooth collaboration across departments and regions
- Conduct technical analysis and specification, supporting the Product owners or eCommerce Managers in defining proper requirements
- Collaborate with the cross brands e-commerce teams ensuring full alignment on the business strategy and targets to achieve.
- Manage relationships and collaborations with integration partners, vendors, and agencies
- Coordinate UAT and integration test phases, ensuring successful implementation of new features and functionality
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.

**Requirements for this eCommerce Technical Manager role**:

- 5+ years of experience working on e-commerce and digital projects.
- Knowledge of Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud, Suite Adobe, and digital payment systems (Stripe preferred).
- Knowledge of the Atlassian Suite
- Outstanding analytical and communication skills
