Job Description In qualit di Project Development Manager garantirai la gestione dei progetti nella fase di sviluppo in tutta, in collaborazione con Urbasolar & Axpo partners o pure greenfield, e garantirai il raggiungimento degli obiettivi in termini di progetti pronti da realizzare.Informerai il Direttore dello Sviluppo del Business e lavorerai in stretta collaborazione con i team di progetto con a Montpellier, in Francia ( centrale).Sarai coinvolto attivamente nelle seguenti missioni:

- Effettuare gli studi preliminari di sviluppo e coordinare tutti i te progetto e i fornitori di servizi terzi
- Individuare i fornitori di servizi e coordinarli e interfacciarsi con essi durante le fasi di consultazione e di esecuzione
- Costituire i fascicoli amministrativi e presentarli alle autorit competenti e guidare il processo amministrativo, fornire i necessari chiarimenti e garantire l'ottenimento di tali approvazioni amministrative
- Condurre tutte le fasi di autorizzazione, partecipare alle riunioni pubbliche, riunioni e dialogo con le amministrazioni e il gestoredella rete, garantire il rilascio di tutte le autorizzazioni in tempo utile
- Istituire bilanci di sviluppo per ciascun progetto e seguire il bilancio una volta approvato internamente
- Garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi e dei bilanci dei progetti fino al l'ottenimento di tutte le autorizzazioni. Creazione di nuovi acquisti di progetto o opportunit di partnership
- Per l'acquisto di progetti, partecipare alla valutazione dei progetti e alla negoziazione dell'operazione di acquisto e quindi al monitoraggio e al coordinamento del co-sviluppatore
- Partecipare alla negoziazione dei diversi contratti (terreni, collegamenti, e accordi di azionariato), in collaborazione con partner locali, avvalendosi di funzioni di supporto interno e di fornitori di servizi esterni. Required profile Laurea magistrale o laurea in ingegneria - 5 anni di esperienza in progetti di sviluppo fotovoltaico o eolico in un mustConoscenza degli aspetti tecnici di base del solare.Buona comprensione del fotovoltaico e deI mercati dellelettricit in Capacit di gestione del progetto (metodologia e rigore)Eccellente capacit di comunicazione, soluzione orientata,team player Lingue:
