Finance and Operation Assistant

La società è un family office con forte esposizione nel venture capital.

**Ruolo**

Come Operation and Finance Assistant, sarai direttamente coinvolto con il team investimenti per sulle seguenti linee progettuali:

- Attività di Budgeting e rendicontazione di bandi e altri finanziamenti
- Gestione delle attività di contabilità analitica e relativa redazione e monitoraggio di Budget e Cash Flow
- Gestione conti bancari e pratiche collegate
- Gestione delle attività di contabilità generale in collaborazione con consulente esterno e relativa raccolta di tutti i documenti necessari alla revisione annuale
- Gestione proattiva di pratiche e scadenze e pianificazione della attività amministrative e burocratiche necessarie allo svolgimento delle attività (con Autorità preposte, Consulenti, revisori)
- Gestione delle attività di buste paga in collaborazione con consulente esterno e relativa gestione presenze/assenze e note spese
- Organizzazione e aggiornamento archivio digitale e cartaceo
- Coordinamento attività IT per servizi G suite e Siti proprietari
- Attività di segreteria societaria (raccolta firme, organizzazione agende del team e del board, redazione verbali e relativo archivio)
- Attività di segreteria personale - PA (organizzazione meeting, smistamento posta)
- Attività di office management

**Cosa cerchiamo**:

- Esperienza di circa 6 mesi - 1 anno in ruoli simili è considerato un plus
- Alternativamente alla Laurea, Diploma e almeno 5 anni di esperienza
- Buona conoscenza della contabilità generale
- Precisione, organizzazione e attenzione ai dettagli
- Propositività e dinamicità
- Capacità di problem solving
- Impegno e passione per il proprio lavoro
- Predisposizione al lavoro in autonomia
- Spirito imprenditoriale volto a proporre nuove idee e assumersi ownership delle attività
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel e predisposizione all’utilizzo di nuovi tool di management
- Buona conoscenza della italiana e inglese

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato
