is looking for Bocconi University an intern for International Relations teams.
The teams manage all the activities and processes related to incoming exchange students and programs (International Student Desk) and outgoing students participating in Bocconi international programs (Study Abroad), interacting with all the stakeholders involved, such as students, partner universities and colleagues from different Bocconi Units. The intern can be involved in the following teams and activities:
International Student Desk team:
in charge of providing support to incoming exchange students from the network of Bocconi Partner Schools and managing all the activities related to their exchange semester. Some of the activities include:
- Managing communication and organizing activities for incoming exchange students (such as:
welcome days, cultural activities, etc.);
- Supporting the management of the relationships with Bocconi partner universities, the most highly selected institutions in the field of Management, Economics and Social Sciences worldwide);
- Database management, data analysis, reporting, support to the daily activities and projects.
Study Abroad team:
in charge of managing all the activities related to development and promotion of study abroad opportunities, international programs and recognition of the international academic experiences. Some of the activities include:
- Communication activities with students and promotion of international opportunities among them;
- Management of the academic procedures forthe recognition of international experiences, interacting with relevant colleagues from other Units;
- Supporting the management of the relationships with Bocconi partner universities
- Database management, data analysis, reporting, support to the daily activities and projects.
**Requirements**:
- Graduated with a Master's Degree with an outstanding academic path;
- Fluent in English and Italian;
- Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months);
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Curious to know how an higher education institution operates in the international education market;
- Soft skills:
positive and enthusiastic with very good interpersonal and team working skills; analytical and critical thinking; hands-on approach; customer oriented; able to organize and manage the work timely and autonomously; self-starter with strong attention to detail.
