Per il nostro dipartimento di Research & Insights cerchiamo un/una **Research Team Manager.**

**Ruolo**

La figura ricercata ha passione per le ricerche di mercato (principalmente qualitative) ed è appassionata di social network, curiosa di osservare e comprendere i nuovi trend emergenti di questo settore.

La figura selezionata si occuperà di:

- gestire il team di analisti e ricercatori, coordinando e supervisionando le loro attività in base alle loro competenze, attitudini e carichi di lavoro
- supportare il team delle vendite su clienti specifici con bisogni di ricerca
- collaborare con gli Account Manager nella gestione di progetti di monitoraggio complessi, per supportare i relativi clienti che utilizzano la Suite Blogmeter con obiettivi di ricerca;
- gestire clienti strategici, dal punto di vista della delivery di prodotti di ricerca, insights e actionables
- saltuariamente, condurre analisi qualitative complesse con l’obiettivo di individuare i nuovi trend, bisogni e segnali deboli emergenti sia dall’analisi delle conversazioni online sia da eventuali survey
- configurare la Suite di software di analisi proprietaria Blogmeter, identificando e inserendo nei database aziendali nuove fonti social, profili social rilevanti e parole chiave (query) pertinenti per i progetti attivi di monitoraggio sui social media;
- gestire e monitorare il budget di team e di progetto

**Requisiti**

Sono requisiti necessari:

- Laurea in marketing, comunicazione, sociologia, psicologia o simili;
- Ottime doti di leadership;
- Esperienza nella gestione di clienti di grandi dimensioni;
- Capacità organizzative e stima dei carichi di lavoro per sè e per gli altri;
- Competenze da ricercatore / supervisore report di ricerca e controllo qualità;
- Rispetto delle scadenze;
- Precisione, determinazione e focalizzazione sugli obiettivi;
- Ottime capacità analitiche, di sintesi e di lettura e comprensione dei contesti sociali e di natura Social;
- Problem solving;
- Project management;
- Gestione e soddisfazione del cliente;
- Conoscenza dei principali social network (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office e Google Workspace
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, parlata e scritta

Sono requisiti preferenziali:

- Aver utilizzato tool di social media monitoring (anche gratuiti), Facebook
Insights, Google Analytics o altri tool di social analytics;
- Conoscenza di altre lingue straniere
