We are looking for an **Expediter** willing to join our **Upstream** Team** to ensure that the organization maintains the ability to deliver products on time and/or services that meet customer quality and delivery requirements. Perform surveys to monitor and report the equipment manufacturing progress, as well as reporting and documentation in accordance with the Tenova procedures.

**You** **will carry on the following activities**:

- Take care of the orders assigned and be responsible for their execution in compliance with contractual conditions, in coordination with the Expediter coordinator
- Supervise the suppliers progress, follow up the issuing of their progress report, monitoring the delivery schedule and update the company management system
- Draw up and issue the visit report, pointing out any delay and/nonconformity and/or problems to identify and prevent potential delay suggesting the corrective actions.
- Do coordination meetings with the project team and managers
- Coordinate the activities with the quality engineer to ensure the planning of inspection tests
- Check the temporary packages and quantity to be shipped
- Coordinate with the logistic department the materials pick up date
- Assist the customer expediters during the suppliers workshop visits

**Required profile**:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or graduated with mechanical background.
- 3/5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Willingness to worldwide travel.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken is mandatory. Spanish is a plus.
- Good inter-personal skills in combination with a strong self-supporting/ independent character.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good understanding of dynamic and challenging environments.
- Open mind attitude and desire to take on new challenges complete the ideal profile.
