**Summary**

We are looking for a Brand Activation Manager to join our team in Italy (Rome) and become a part of the Europe Branded Commercial Team. You will be reporting directly to Marketing Activation Manager France & Italy and you’ll be working in the entire process of developing the brand strategy through to its execution. This includes the development, monitoring, and implementation of all country and account-specific activities and products, such as permanent merchandising solutions, displays, retail magazine ads, and trade show materials and activities, under the guidance of their manager

**What can you expect in as a Brand Activation Manager at Scandinavian Tobacco Group?**

**Categories and Brands Activation**
- Provide input for defining Yearly/Sales Cycles Activation strategy (i.e Trade Program)
- Monitor and secure in-market activation execution in accordance with Country strategic targets
- Ad hoc Activation projects lead (i.e. hostess activities, petrol station, events organization)
- Managing relationship with Monopoly (new listings, SKUs modification )

**Sales & Marketing Budget Definition and Management**
- Definition of Sales & Marketing expenditures (in alignment with Finance Manager & Country Director)
- Monitoring Yearly / Monthly Sales & Marketing Budget to respect country targets set
- In charge of define and implement activation strategy at local level
- Ensuring best Sales & Marketing tools availability
- Sell-in / sell-out tools development and supervising

**ASM / Sales Force Support**
- Provide ASM / SF ad hoc reports on Activation advancement (i.e. visibility KPI)
- Provide ASM / SF ad hoc reports on Sales Budget advancement (i.e. Sales Cycle expenditure KPI)
- Actively contributing in National/Area meeting for presenting to Sales Force market trends
- and performances; new launches; other categories
- Training on product specifics (CAB model) to be implemented in the Sales Pitch

**Local Market analysis**
- Provide reports on market performances (i.e. sell-out monthly report)
- Provide inputs on market trends for covering untapped opportunities in market
- Provide inputs on price positioning to be aligned with global price strategy and contribution
- targets

**Commercial Plan implementation**
- Actively contributes to development of Commercial Plan in terms of market analysis, price positioning, activation strategy
- Follow up and implementation of initiatives included in Commercial Plan

**Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role)**:

- Teamwork skills
- Be able to turn strategies into action plans
- Structured, analytical and project management skills
- Have a proactive approach in everything you do and be autonomous in your work
- Writing skills
- Familiar with Business Intelligent Software (eg. Power BI,Cognos)
- Languages: English is required. French is a plus
- Digital: Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree (marketing, communications, business) or business school with a specialization in marketing or sales
- 2-5 years’ experience in Marketing or in a related field (generally marketing or sales)
