**TALENT Tree, **licensed firm specialized in the recruitment and selection of personnel, is looking for a qualified profile to join an
** International Group supplying worldwide a wide range of industries with dedicated industrial solutions, **in the role of:
**Communication Specialist**

This position will play a role supporting the communication plan, supervising the vision, strategy, and execution of brand guidelines and marketing operations in line with the brand's needs.
- Working closely with the key stakeholders to deliver engaging content;
- Measuring the impact of all growth actions with the implementation of reports (ROI actions) through CRM;
- Helping to build and protect the positioning and brand identity;
- Studying and develop creative campaign concepts and communication outputs (photos, videos, catalogs, and other communication assets) together with the key stakeholders;
- Developing and maintain the coordinated image of the company (use of the logo, website, social media, brochures, gadgets, etc.) following the Brand Identity Manual;
- Respecting the budget for the activities related to promoting the corporate image and the offer;
- Supporting communication activities (participation in tradeshows, conferences, and events);
- Identifying relevant events and trade shows by industry and implement our participation;
- Building the co-exhibition strategy with our partners.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or scientific disciplines.
- **Work experience**: at least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, communication and event management.
- **Technical skills**:

- Working knowledge of B2B acquisition and lead generation levers; SEO/SEM/SEA content strategy;
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools CRM, Google Analytics;
- Mastery of writing skills to produce quality content.
- **Language skills**: fluency in English (Certified C1 minimum required), knowledge of a second language is a plus.
- **Computer skills**: good knowledge of MS Office (Excel Advanced Level).

**Type of contract**: Open-ended contract, Full Time.
