Recordati SpA operates in the chemical-pharmaceutical sector and, to enhance its organisation's potential, the company is looking for a resource to be included in the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) function, reporting directly to the HSE manager/RSPP, with the aim of supporting the organization in achieving objectives regarding environmental protection, hygiene, health, and safety in the workplace. Based on his knowledge, skills, and competences, you will support the HSE manager/RSPP in the following activities:

- Operational management of deadlines regarding environmental protection, hygiene, health, and safety at work for the fulfilment of all relevant legal obligations and deadlines;
- Risk assessment activities and identification of consequent preventive and protective measures;
- Collaboration in the drafting and document control of risk assessments, auditing and monitoring activities and company procedures;
- Monitoring and carrying out periodic audits to verify compliance with procedures and work instructions by workers, contractors and suppliers;
- Injuries and near misses root-cause analysis;
- Updating and maintaining relevant documents;
- Operational management of environmental controls (emissions into air, noise impact, wastewater management, etc.);
- Operational management for the correct qualification of contractors and in the drafting of the DUVRI (interferences risk management);
- Training management starting from the analysis of training needs and practical training on HSE topics defined by the applicable legal requirements and the internal procedures applied by the organization, to ensure the necessary level of skills of all interested parties to safely carry out their tasks;
- Master's degree in environmental engineering or in prevention techniques/sciences or in equivalent technical disciplines;
- Good knowledge of IT tools (excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint);
- Proactivity, tendency towards innovation and foresight;
- Ability to intercept and interface with appropriate company representatives;
- Approach focused on achieving medium and long-term results;
- Propensity to listen, critical and analytical ability, promptness in identifying effective and efficient solutions;
- Strong relational and communication skills;
- Flexibility;
- Ability to work independently, precision and respect of deadlines;
- Teamworking.

The following will be considered as plus:

- Former qualification as Prevention and Protection Services Officer (ASPP);
- Knowledge of UNI EN ISO 14001:2015, UNI ISO 45001:2018 standards;

Recordati SpA opera nel settore chimico-farmaceutico ed, al fine di potenziale la propria organizzazione, è alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire nella funzione HSE, a diretto riporto del responsabile HSE ed RSPP, con lo scopo di supportare l'organizzazione per il conseguimento degli obiettivi in materia di tutela ambientale, igiene, salute e sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro. In particolare, sulla base delle proprie crescenti conoscenze, abilità e competenze affiancherà il responsabile nelle seguenti attività:

- Gestione operativa delle scadenze legislative in materia di tutela ambientale, igiene, salute e sicurezza sul lavoro per l'adempimento di tutti gli obblighi giuridici in materia ed altri scadenziari;
- Attività di valutazione dei rischi e di individuazione delle misure di prevenzione e protezione conseguenti;
- Collaborazione nella stesura e nella gestione documentale delle valutazioni dei rischi, delle attività di auditing e di monitoraggio e delle procedure aziendali;
- Monitoraggio e svolgimento di audit periodici per la verifica del rispetto delle procedure e delle istruzioni di lavoro da parte di lavoratori e dei fornitori;
- Analisi di infortuni e near miss;
- Aggiornamento e mantenimento delle registrazioni pertinenti;
- Gestione operativa sui controlli ambientali (emissioni, rumore, scarichi, ecc..);
- Gestione operativa per la corretta qualifica dei fornitori e nella redazione del DUVRI;
- Gestione della formazione a partire dall'analisi delle necessità formative e di addestramento in materia HSE definite dai requisiti legislativi applicabili e dalle procedure interne dell'organizzazione al fine di assicurare il necessario livello di competenza di tutti gli interessati per svolgere nel modo corretto le proprie attività;
