Customers include pharmaceutical, consumer health and medical device manufacturers, distributors, payers, government agencies and the financial community.

We are currently looking for **an intern **to join our** EMEA Regional** **HR team.**

As an intern with IQVIA, you will work closely with Director HR, Strategy & Planning, EMEA and the Sr HR Business Partner, EMEA in managing different types of activities such as:

- Support HR Regional team in dealing with **multiple HR activities** (Reporting, Analytics, Meeting preparation, communications, etc)
- Support the implementation of HR processes with communication and analysis activities
- Deliver support for ongoing HR processes (Performance Management, Talent management, Business review, etc) in time and with quality
- Support on ad hoc projects
- Support on HR4HR activities (Trainings, Roundtables, Focus groups)
- Produce insights using data analysis

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- MSc degree with strong record of academic achievement, preferably in **Human Resources**, **Political Science (preferably Economic study path)**, **Economics, Marketing & Communication**:

- Excellent **Microsoft Office Skills**: ability in working with Excel spreadsheets and Power Point presentations
- Solid **communication skills**:

- Proficiency in **English**:

- Strong interest in deepening knowledge on HR dynamics
- Ability to be multi-tasking in a **fast-paced environment** and to work on a team
- Previous experience in HR department would be considered a plus
