Per il potenziamento del Team strategico, siamo alla ricerca del seguente profilo:
**CREATIVITY LEADER &**

**HEAD OF SPECIAL PROJECTS
**Posizione**:
Il / La Candidato / a ideale sarà responsabile della **pianificazione,** **gestione** e **supervisione** dei progetti creativi, dallo sviluppo del concept all’esecuzione, con responsabilità diretta, dei **progetti speciali** (**multi talent** e **cross-division**) e a supporto dei progetti di influencer marketing della Divisione Talent, supervisionando l’execution creativa di tutti i progetti dell’Agenzia.

**Principali responsabilità**:

- Incontrare il cliente e analizzare le specifiche esigenze e aspettative per la realizzazione di progetti creativi;
- Sviluppare i concept creativi e declinare la soluzione progettuale sui diversi media (online e/o offline) e touchpoint progettuali;
- Pianificare, gestire e supervisionare i progetti creativi, dallo sviluppo del concept all’execution;
- Studiare il contesto storico dell'azienda e analizzare la concorrenza;
- Guidare le sessioni di brainstorming per attivare la creatività del team e redigere e/o supervisionare piani di lavoro, del progetto e il relativo budget;
- Definire gli insight e linee guida per la corretta esecuzione dei progetti;
- Presentare il progetto al cliente;
- Analizzare le tendenze del mercato, intercettandone i cambiamenti, le trasformazioni e i fenomeni emergenti.

**Requisiti**:

- Consolidata esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 4 / 5 anni, acquisita all’interno di agenzie di comunicazione/pubblicitarie, del settore Entertainment o di aziende marketing oriented;
- Consolidate relazioni commerciali ed elevate capacità relazionali
- Conoscenza dei trend e delle logiche comunicative in ambito digital;
- Conoscenza del mondo influencer italiano;
- Spiccate capacità creative;
- Buona conoscenza dell’Inglese scritto e parlato.

**Completano il profilo**: spiccate doti creative, capacità di gestione multiprogetto, leadership e capacità manageriali, nonché propensione al teamwork, mentalità proattiva e dedizione al cliente.
