- The Group is headquartered in Bologna, Italy.- For our Italian Sales Team, we are looking for an experienced Channel Account Manager that will be responsible for our key partners in the country of reference. Main
- **responsibilities** include:
- Deploy Channel Program, Pricing Policy and Channel Contracts;
- Create Account Plans for multi-industry Partners;
- Manages Channel Agreements for assigned Partners (ensuring adoption and compliance);
- Manages and follows up leads provided to assigned partners;
- Supports Channel Marketing for scouting opportunities with assigned partners;
- Coordinates the involvement of Datalogic key personnel (Industries, Finance, Operations, CA and management resources) in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations;
- Design, develop, execute and maintain Business Plans for the Assigned Partners;
- Participates to Channel Events;
- Responsible for Partner Performance and achieving Channel sales targets;
- Identify & map competitive channel partners;
- Coordinate product launches and promotions with assigned Partners;
- Assess and oversees assigned Partners' Training and Education needs (Product and Sales training);
- Work with Field Marketing to organize events: exhibitions, partner meetings, roadshows.
**Requirements**:
- Master's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration with affinity with IT related businesses or equivalent experience;
- Fluency in Italian and English;
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role;
- Ability to work with a team;
- Attention to details, flexibility and creativity;
- Proactivity, willingness to travel;
- Problem solving attitude, open minded;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
