**LOGISTIC COORDINATOR - BAT**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Organization and efficiency of site operations
- Monitoring and coordinating the progress of work within the established deadlines
- Supervision of warehousing and storage conditions
- Coordinating inbound and outbound activities in order to manage documentation related
- Cooperating with external suppliers and stakeholders to ensure the processes and executed in an efficient way
- Administrations related to indirect materials and equipment necessary for operations
- creating and managing ad-hoc administrative tasks and standard reports
- Using of management systems for inventory control
- Reporting and cooperating in the resolution of anomalies and critical issues in logistics processes. - Coordination of logistics personnel - Management and organization of the company archive.

**Experience required**:

- University degree (technical or economical)
- Fluent in English
- knowledge of logistics and warehouse flows
- Knowledge of ERP logic (SAP knowledge welcome)
- Computer skills (Word, Excel,Outlook)
- Experience in working/negotiating with internal and external entities/customers. High level of interpersonal skills and flexibility.

It is a plus the knowledge of **_3PL factory logistics processes._**
