What you’ll do:
**Act as Major Incident Manager in the specific region**:
- Drive incident resolution e2e.
- Ensure that incidents are acknowledged and resolved within expected timeframes by engaging the right teams and coordinating the resolution effort.
- Ensure seamless communication during the incidents.
- Liaise with customers when it’s required for faster incident resolution.
**Drive adoption of the processes across the organization, focusing on a specific region**:
- Act as a point of contact for all Incident Response process related questions in your region.
- Track the adoption of processes and identify improvement areas and actions.
**Actively communicate with stakeholders for continuous learning and improvements**:
- Have regular interactions with process users and stakeholders.
- Provide reports with relevant and actionable information.
- Support in creating action plans to address process adoption and implementation issues (i.e. post-mortem task implementation, failing releases and similar).
- Keep informed about process improvements and updates.
**Be passionate process ambassador**:
- Continuously learn about new IT practices and how they can be adopted in Mambu.
- Seek to minimize the process effort for everyone in Mambu.
- Constantly communicate internally and with each individual about our direction and beliefs.
- Speak at meetups, conferences to advertise Mambu, in order to attract talent and contribute to the community.
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in the Incident Commander role.
- Agility and ability to maintain high pace.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes within the Agile delivery model.
- Familiarity with SRE and development methodologies.
- Experience in technical support, consulting, engineering or similar role.
- Excellent analytical and technical writing skills.
**Nice to have**
- Experience in DevOps organization.
- Technical experience with CI/CD.
- Experience with Cloud solutions and familiarity with key terms.
- Hands-on experience in creating reporting dashboards.
