**Job Purpose**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Compiles support data for weekly AP check runs and/or /wire payments, coordinates with Treasury for approval, coordinates release of payments with AP Team.
- Processes all wire & ACH payments & creates documentation.
- Posts manual outgoing cash payments and incoming miscellaneous cash received, as needed. Charges out to units as appropriate. Assures that all transactions recorded reconcile to reports.
- Closes/balances cash with Corporate, monthly.
- Responsible for the monthly creation of inter-company invoices and statements.
- Accrues for goods in transit.
- Assists in confirming inter-company balances across multiple units.
- For lockboxes in non-USD, assures all cash is properly recorded and creates monthly JE for FX adjustment.
- Coordinates uploads of transactional cash details from bank to SAP.
- Assists with monthly closing process, as needed.
- Perform special projects and ad-hoc reporting as required
- Assists with Sales & Use tax filings
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
