This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Helsinki office.

**About Aon Commercial Risk Solutions**

Aon’s Commercial Risk Solutions provides clients with the clarity and confidence they need to pursue their ambition by solving their risk needs. Through the identification, measurement and management of risk exposure - we help clients to protect and grow their businesses.

We have capabilities in Risk Management, Cyber Resilience, Risk Transfer & Retention and Mergers & Acquisitions. In Finland we have circa 40 colleagues working in Commercial Risk Solutions in various positions such as Client Executive, Client advisors or Risk management specialists.

**What the day will look like**

You can join Aon during the Spring of 2024. The Graduate Programme for Commercial Risk will commence in Summer 2024 (typically August) and has been designed to identify and support the development of key future talent. As such, we are looking for individuals who demonstrate a genuine interest, drive and potential to build a lasting career at Aon.

As a Commercial Risk Graduate, you will be working as part of the wider Commercial Risk team to contribute to delivering high quality client services.

Main tasks will include:

- Researching and collating information to help provide service to clients and identify future opportunities
- Collaborating with colleagues across Aon
- Communicating with clients and advisors
- Drafting client communications, insurance policy contracts
- Carrying out premium and claims reporting and analysis
- Collaborating with other functions

**How this opportunity is different**

You will be involved with design and placement of international insurance programs to carefully selected insurance markets offering coverage and services meeting global clients’ needs.

You will assist in coordinating the Aon worldwide network, including implementation of global insurance programs and global insurance purchasing guidelines in line with Client’s internal risk management philosophy.

You will assist with establishing and maintaining insurer relationships, by keeping abreast of insurance market trends, analyzing and benchmarking clients’ risk data, and formulating new risk management strategies.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Third level degree and/or relevant qualifications (e/g., Law, Tax, Accounting, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Risk Management and Insurance, Engineering, Sciences, Arts/Humanities, other relevant qualification)
- A genuine interest in understanding our clients’ businesses and helping them to thrive
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Enthusiasm and energy for the job, strong work-ethic, self-starter who is comfortable working on their own initiative and working as part of a team
- Ability to operate under pressure and handle deadlines
- Numeracy and analytical abilities
- Comfortable communicating with colleagues and stakeholders of all levels within an organization.
- Exercise high levels of discretion in relation to client information - respect for confidentiality requirements
