- The Facilities Assistant provides administrative and organizational support to Florence Head Office teams and Milan Supply Chain office team, ensuring they are supported to enable a smooth and efficient running of the office.**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To perform general office administration tasks, including managing orders of stationery and office supplies
- To create POs in Ariba for all utilities invoices, services, rents and leases
- To be responsible for daily mails and shipments with different couriers custom clearance assistance
- To manage all Company car fleet for employers in Milan, Scandicci and Piacenza
- To be the point of contact for all Health & Safety enquiries
- To support the external RSPP in all Burberry and statutory requirements
- To manage suppliers and technicians on all operational activities for the sites.

**PERSONAL PROFILE**
- Eligible to L. 68/99
- Previous experience working as a Team Assistant to Management or in an administrative role
- Computer literate, particularly in Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with Ariba/SAP preferred
- Experience in using technollgy for meetings (videocalls via Microsoft Teams)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
