Elaborazione di business plan, analisi finanziarie e financial modelling Monitoraggio degli investimenti e relativa reportistica; Contrattualistica e gestione rapporti con i consulenti; Predisposizione degli Info Memo e dei report per il Consiglio di Amministrazione nonch per i soci/partners; Supporto al CFO nelle analisi e redazioni di rendiconti finanziari/consuntivazioni (Budget vs Actual etc.); Supporto al CFO nella gestione delle operations relative al financing; Supporto nell'attivit di screening di nuove opportunit di investimento eanalisi di mercato; Profilo del Candidato Laurea in discipline economiche/ingegneria gestionale; 4-5 anni di esperienza nel medesimo ruolo maturata in SGR, Fondi Real Estate di Private Equity e/o Investment Banking; Eccellente conoscenza del pacchetto Office; Capacit di analisi, controllo e pianificazione; Capacit di lavorare in team; Teamwork e capacit empatiche per inserirsi in un gruppo affiatato Network avviato nella comunit finance&Real Estate in coerenza con la seniority acquisita; Richiesta autonomia e competenza avanzata in Excel con specifiche capacit di modellizzazione finanziaria in campo Real Estate; offerta di lavoro Contratto a Tempo Indeterminato Sede di lavoro:
