Per importante Azienda Cliente, operante nel settore energetico, ricerchiamo:_
- n°1 _**_IT SPECIALIST_**
- Mansione: la persona si occuperà di fornire assistenza agli utenti ed interfacciarsi con fornitori esterni (in particolare con l’IT Main Outsourcer, principale fornitore esterno di servizi) nell'identificare le cause e le possibili soluzioni a problematiche IT ad ampio spettro (sistema operativo, software applicativo, hardware e rete); verificare l'effettiva risoluzione delle problematiche in tempi e modi consoni alle aspettative aziendali._

- Requisiti:_
- _Titolo di studio ad indirizzo informatico_
- _4/5 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo, preferibilmente in helpdesk, troubleshooting on site_
- _Conoscenza dei principi di funzionamento delle reti informatiche e di cybersecurity_
- _Esperienza técnica con i maggiori computing e networking brand (es. Apple, Cisco, Retelit, Fastweb, Telecom, HP, Dell e IBM)_
- Sede di Lavoro: Rovigo_
- Contratto: full time, RAL 40000 - 45000 Euro_
