Per la nostra Open Innovation Business Unit siamo alla ricerca di uno **Project Manager area Innovation **con esperienza nel ruolo, per promuovere e sviluppare ulteriormente attività nell’ambito dei servizi professionali offerti dall'area.

**Obiettivi di questo ruolo**
- Costruire e sviluppare il team di progetto per garantire le massime prestazioni, fornendo obiettivi, direzione e motivazione.
- Guidare i progetti dalla definizione dei requisiti fino all'implementazione, identificando programmi, scopi, stime di budget e piani di implementazione, compresa la mitigazione dei rischi.
- Coordinare le risorse interne ed esterne per garantire che i progetti rispettino l'ambito, le scadenze e il budget.
- Analizzare lo stato del progetto e, se necessario, rivedere l'ambito, il calendario o il budget per garantire il rispetto dei requisiti del progetto.
- Stabilire e mantenere relazioni con gli stakeholder del cliente, fornendo un contatto quotidiano sullo stato del progetto e sulle modifiche.

**Responsabilità**
- Stabilire e mantenere i processi per la gestione dell'ambito durante il ciclo di vita del progetto, definendo standard di qualità e prestazioni e valutando i rischi.
- Strutturare e gestire database di performance integrati e multitraccia per progetti digitali, stampa, social, broadcast ed esperienziali.
- Sviluppare e mantenere partnership con risorse di terzi, compresi fornitori e ricercatori.
- Assegnare e monitorare le risorse per garantire l'efficienza del progetto e massimizzare i risultati.
- Segnalare i risultati e/o i rischi del progetto ai canali di gestione appropriati e, se necessario, e scalare i problemi in base al piano di lavoro del progetto.

**Competenze e qualifiche richieste**
- Tre o più anni di esperienza nella gestione di progetti
- Esperienza nell'uso di tool di Project Management
- Forte attenzione alle scadenze e al budget
