La risorsa sarà impiegata nell'ufficio personale e si occuperà di:
- attività di ricerca e selezione
- gestione contatti con scuole e Università, partecipazione ad eventi di recruitment
- gestione attività di Employer Branding
- organizzazione corsi di formazione
- gestione contatti con enti e società di formazione
Si richiedono:
- laurea in Psicologia/Giurisprudenza
- esperienza almeno biennale nella mansione
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- proattività ed empatia
Orario a giornata dal lunedì al venerdì.
Retribuzione da valutare in base all'esperienza.
Si offre contratto e retribuzione commisurati all'esperienza pregressa.
