InRebus srl Technologies (Gruppo FOS) ricerca per azienda cliente **1 Training Specialist**

**La risorsa si occuperà di**:

- Gestione progetti e corsi di formazione técnica online;
- Utilizzo e gestione piattaforma di formazione online (LMS);
- Elaborazione report e analisi dei dati (Excel in particolare);
- Monitoraggio e sviluppo di programmi di formazione in linea con le direttive della business unit
- Mantere un registro accurato delle attività di formazione (es. presenze dei partecipanti, conseguimento certificati, valutazioni)
- Organizzare le sessioni di formazione per i dipendenti utilizzando la modalità migliore a seconda dei casi: formazione in aula, workshop, webinar, formazione on the job e formazione online
- Collaborare a stretto contatto con i leader delle business unit per comprendere al meglio le esigenze formative aziendali

**Si richiedono**:

- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, verrà valutata in fase di colloquio, e possibilmente di una seconda lingua;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel;
- Predisposizione al lavoro in Team;
- Laurea in materie economiche/umanistiche.

**Contratto**: da determinare in sede di colloquio, CCNL commercio, tempo determinato iniziale

**Orario**: Dal lunedì al venerdì

**Impegno**: Full-time, Ibrido

La ricerca è rivolta ad ambo i sessi (d.lgs. n. 198/2006).
