Bocconi is looking for brilliant young graduates, willing to join a professional team of six hundred people and be part of the everyday management of the institution.
We are looking for an intern to join the team managing the CIVICA project within the Market & Partners Unit in charge of the partnerships with employers and Universities worldwide, providing internship/placement opportunities and mobility programs to Bocconi students and graduates.
CIVICA - The European University of Social Science was selected in 2019 by the European Commission as one of the pilot European Universities funded under the Erasmus+ programme.
Within this framework, internship activities will include (but may not be limited to):
- Supporting the Bocconi CIVICA team in the coordination and implementation of educational activities and programs for Bachelor, Masters and PhD students, in close cooperation with alliance members, cross-campus teams of staff, faculty and students, and different Bocconi units
- Supporting activities and processes related to incoming international students within CIVICA programs, as well as outgoing Bocconi students participating in CIVICA programs and initiatives
- Managing relations and collaborations with internal and external stakeholders to support faculty, staff and students to benefit from opportunities within the CIVICA network
- Contributing to all the reporting activities required by the European Education and Culture Executive Agency
**Requirements**:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor or Master's Degree, preferably in the Social Sciences (economics, management, etc.)
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Previous experience with projects funded by the European Commission is a plus
- Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (3-6 months)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Soft skills: positive and enthusiastic with very good interpersonal and team working skills; analytical and critical thinking; hands-on approach.
We are offering a 6 months paid internship, starting from June/July 2023.
