The Operation Support Assistant - Data Information Management will be based in Rome Office and may be requested to travel to other Country of Operations. He/She will work as a member of the Project Management Cluster under the supervision of the Team Leader and in close cooperation the management team of the relevant Operations sector.
The position will contribute to the conceptualization, setting-up and management of an Information Management System. In particular, he/she will perform some or all of the following tasks:
1. Develop Data collection tools and guides, being responsible for collection, consolidation, processing and validation of data from different resources;
2. Compilate regular and ad-hoc project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends;
3. Liaise with information providers to ensure data quality, timeliness, completeness, accuracy, consistency and comparability;
4. Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to establish an effective information exchange;
5. Provide regular analytical and statistical reports of delivered services and challenges and respond to requests of data provision and analysis from internal or external sources;
6. Support the design, development and conduction of surveys, including the use of EUAA and EU techniques and tools and drafts of statistical analysis;
7. Support the smooth implementation of reporting and monitoring cycles of the Operations supported by the Project Management Cluster, including the development of quantitative information, drafting, editing and proofreading;
8. Participate in trainings of EUAA personnel and in internal/external meetings as requested;
9. Support the conceptualization and drafting of internal workflows, procedures and tools, templates, minutes and reports according to respective functions and tasks for the overall implementation of the Project Management Cluster, by maintaining strong collaboration networks with the Team members;
Advantageous
1. Previous professional experience within an international and multicultural environment;
2. Previous professional experience in the information and data management field in the area of migration and/or asylum;
3. knowledge of one other European language
Responsabilità:

1. Completed University degree of at least three years in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or other applicable fields;
2. Previous relevant professional experience in similar tasks of at least 1 year;
3. Possess a thorough knowledge of English and Italian;
Availability to full-time fixed
- term contract through Adecco until 31.01.2024
