In 1995 the Comun Nuovo (BG) brewery was acquired, today the largest in Italy with 2.7 million hectolitres of beer produced every year. With the acquisition of Birra Moretti in 1996, HEINEKEN Italia reaches its current size.

First brewer in Italy with 33.3% market share (source: Annual Report 2020 AssoBirra), HEINEKEN Italia employs over 2,000 employees and produces over 6 million hectolitres of beer every year in the 4 breweries present on the national territory: Comun Nuovo (BG), Pollein (AO), Massafra (TA) and Assemini (CA).

**THE POSITION AND THE TEAM**

As our Process Control Domain Security Lead, you will be responsible for drive security awareness and training in the Head Quarter and Brewery, setting up and organizing backups, the necessary routines and processes and tests that relevant systems and data can be successfully recovered. You will be responsible for support the breweries in analysing performances and finding / implementing opportunities to reach challenging Process Control Domain Security targets, managing a budget, resource needs and timeline and supporting Process Control Domain Security Global Team when required.

You also will collaborate actively with an international community, with an international governance and guidelines.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Monitoring log files to identify threats, managing software vulnerabilities by patching, upgrading, isolating, or segmenting and anti-virus implementations and updates
- Cascading security requirements to all involved (internally as well as externally) while driving secure network design following reference model
- Incident reporting as well as Report Information Security compliance
- Setting up and organizing backups, the necessary routines and processes and tests that relevant systems and data can be successfully recovered, ensuring cyber security is included in all technical design
- Reporting of expenses and timeline deviations to the stakeholders of Process Control Domain Security projects, auditing execution of works on site and supporting the breweries in analysing performances and finding / implementing opportunities to reach challenging Process Control Domain Security targets
- Process Control Domain Security project budget estimation, resource needs and timeline based on definition of technical specifications and other documents needed for contracting the activities

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Master’s degree in computer engineering, automation engineering, industrial engineering, management engineering, economics with computer science
- Great project management skills, strong analytic and reporting capability skills, ability to engage and inspire the others
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills in cross-functional teams, curious for innovation and for new technologies, dynamic and driven by the desire to continually improve.
- Languages: good knowledge of English both oral and written - Italian (minimum B2), willing to learn
