**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Give support on HR Payroll and Administration activities for local management teams and employees making a sustainable impact in developing and leading best in class HR Operations experience.
- Support local teams and individuals on all HR-Operations related issues.
- Support the Italian HR Team in ensuring compliance with either relevant global-Regional-country HR Operations policies during day to day activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and ensure HR Operations topics implementation effectively.
- Cooperate and support with HR Generalist and HR Country Director and HR Operations Team to ensure effective joint delivery of HR services to the assigned organizations
- Support the HR Team in projects which contribute to reach the HR Operations objectives.
**Background & Skills**:
- Educational background in Labor, Economy and Management or equivalent culture
- A customer focused, proactive and dynamic individual who is proactive in communications in order to develop effective relationships at all levels within the company and within the HR Team.
- Solid analytical skills and demonstrated ability as a problem solver.
- High level of integrity and credibility and the ability to forge positive, professional relationships through the use of tact, diplomacy and discretion.
- A strong command of both English and Italian
- Available to travel within Danfoss Italian branches if needed
