Job description

**All'interno del ristorante la risorsa si occupa di**:

- gestire la mise en place
- accogliere la clientela
- sbarazzare la sala, pulire e mantenere l'ordine
- supportare lo Chef de Rang nella gestione operativa del servizio di sala, nel rispetto degli standard e delle procedure

**Inside the restaurant the waiter deals with**:

- manage the mise en place
- welcome customers
- clear the hall, clean and maintain order
- support the Chef de Rang in the operational management of the dining room service, in compliance with standards and procedures
- Contratto a tempo determinato con possibilità di proroghe
- CCNL Turismo. L'inquadramento e la retribuzione verranno commisurati in base al profilo e all'esperienza
- Disponibilità full time
- Vitto e Alloggio
- Fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension
- CCNL Tourism. The classification and remuneration will be commensurate with the profile and experience

Profile description
- Diploma di scuola Alberghiera
- Buona conoscenza di inglese
- Esperienza di 1/ 2 anni maturata in hotel 4*/5*, ristoranti gourmet, Relais & Châteaux
- Completano il profilo: precisione e cura, cortesia, orientamento al cliente ed empatia
- Hospitality school diploma
- Good knowledge of English
- 1/2 year experience gained in 4
