Alfa Laval in Monza is looking for a Campaigns Specialist.
Main tasks
- Design, implement and track local marketing campaigns and results based on business insights throughout the customer journey
- Create an interface to Divisions/Business Units local managers
- Generate/localize relevant content that converts
- Establish strategy to activate the right types of media
- Ensure that the organization brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all channels
- Coordinate and support with digital marketing roles in campaigns execution
- Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies
- Work within a budget and report any overspend.
What you know
- 3+ years of experience analysing, supporting & driving omnichannel communication campaigns
- Strong capability to understand the business
- Strong knowledge of different types of media
- Experience ensuring brand consistency
- Being able to work with stakeholders across different countries and cultures
- Excellent communication skills in English and Italian, both verbal and written
