**BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB**
Support the Investor Relations team in day-by-day activities as organizing meetings with investors, preparing key financial documents, and managing agendas and schedules.

In this role, you will:
Support the IR and Corp. comm team in the following activities:

- Organize and schedule meetings with investors or financial events such as earnings calls, conferences, and roadshows, ensuring all logístical details are managed efficiently.
- Maintain and manage the team’s agenda, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of materials.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documentation required for investor meetings and financial disclosures.
- Preparation of benchmarking analysis and reports of peer performance to be shared with the top management
- Monitoring on sector research to maintain the consensus updated
- Provide general administrative support to the Investor Relations team as needed.
- Updating of the investors’ meetings database

- Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Attention to details, analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong personal interest for the luxury business
- Proficiency in English, other language is a plus
