Per azienda leader nel settore alimentare, selezioniamo la figura di:
TRANSPORTATION MANAGER TRANSPORTATION MANAGER riportando direttamente al Supply Chain Manager, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
Pianificare e ottimizzare il flusso settimanale degli automezzi dei fornitori esterni sia sul mercato nazionale che a livello Europa; Analizzare costantemente l’ottimizzazione dei costi e dei tempi di consegna delle merci (incluso il livello di servizio erogato); Monitorare il livello delle prestazioni dei fornitori diventando il pivot delle business review coi fornitori; Sviluppare piani di miglioramento continuo della performance di costo e di servizio degli operatori di trasporto nazionali e internazionali Controllare la corretta esecuzione di ritiri e consegne tramite sviluppo di statistiche periodiche Controllare i flussi di traffico per aree nazionali e internazionali - efficienza sincronizzazione viaggi/massimizzazione carichi Controllare la performance operativa degli addetti altraffico dell’Ufficio Spedizioni Gestione del mantenimento di buone relazioni con i vettori, scouting nuovi operatori e supporto al Direttore SC nell’amministrazione e redazione dei contratti di trasporto Controllo della conformità documentali richieste e dei requisiti di esercizio qualitativi Supporto alla Direzione Commerciale e alla funzione Customer Service Gestione delle risorse a disposizione e della relazione con i dipartimenti interni (allestimento spedizioni, forecast, produzione) Requisiti:
Laurea Triennale preferibilmente Ingegneria Gestionale Esperienza di almeno 5 anni anche in contesti multinazionali Conoscenza di software gestionali come JDE oppure SAP o AS400 Esperienza gestione documentale e import/export (DDT, borderaux, incoterms) Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Disponibilità a trasferte anche intercontinentali Preferibile esperienza in ambito doganale Preferibile esperienza nell’ambito del “fresco” Completano il profilo:
