Nell’ottica di potenziamento della struttura di Direzione, siamo alla ricerca di un talento che, a diretto riporto del CFO, contribuirà alla costituzione dell’Ufficio Riassicurazione interno, e successivamente al suo presidio.

**Reinsurance Specialist**

La risorsa, interfacciandosi con la Direzione della Compagnia e supportando le funzioni di Underwriting, presidierà ed efficienterà i seguenti processi:

- gestione dei rapporti con Compagnie di Riassicurazione;
- analisi opportunità di piazzamento di rischi in facoltativo su singoli affari;
- consulenza interna nella definizione delle specifiche tecniche e dei requisiti da ricercare sul mercato, nell'interazione con le Compagnie di Riassicurazione;
- redazione prospetti tecnici di Riassicurazione passiva, reportistica periodica per la Direzione sull’andamento delle riserve;
- analisi dei requisiti ed efficientamento degli applicativi informatici, in collaborazione con l’area IT, a supporto della funzione;
**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Materie Economico/Finanziarie;
- Esperienza almeno triennale in attività di, presso Direzioni di Compagnie Assicurative, società di intermediazione o consulenza in ambito assicurativo;
- Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese;
- Ottima conoscenza suite office;
- Attitudine alla relazione e task oriented.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato
