**SODECIA **is currently hiring a **Quality System Manager** who will directly report to the General Manager as part of our team in Chivasso.
- **How you will contribute**:_
- Responsible to assure internal and external audits to quality system;
- Responsible for full implementation of quality system manual;
- Responsible to request and do quality system revising with top management;
- Establish, plan and communicate quality’s short term and long term objectives in addition to quality system requirements;
- Maintain effective lines of communication at all levels within the company, solicit feedback and involvement of other departments to achieve the organizations goals and Customer quality requirements;
- Evaluate the audit compliance and effectiveness of the Business Unit manuals and operating procedures, according quality system;
- Interface with customers and suppliers on quality related issues, including action plans;
- Verify the use of appropriate control plans for parts manufacturing, according quality system;
- Participate in the definition of the processes which form the Quality Management System and sequence and interaction of these processes;
- Represent the costumer in the Business Unit, to assure quality system and customer satisfaction;
- Stop any process or activity in order to prevent any non-conformity according quality system (legal, statutory or product);
- Implement all Quality System revisions or additional required Quality Norms.
- **Who you are & What you have**:_
- Deep knowledge in Quality tools, such as 8D, SPC (Statistical process control), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis), FMEA (Failure Mode And Effects Analysis);
- Deep knowledge in ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001;
- Costumers certification reference;
- Knowledge of metal stamping and resistance welding;
- ISO/TS 16949/ ISO 14001/ VDA 6 Certified Auditor;
- High level of leadership and teamwork skills;
- English (In case of not being native language);
- University degree in Quality, Engineering, Management or similar;
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus;
- Minimum 5 years of experience of Supervisory or Quality Management;
- Experience in manufacturing environments, specifically automotive Industry.
