**Location**:
Parabiago (MI) (plant 1), Busto Garolfo (MI) (plant 2)

**Duties**

The activities will include:
1) Management of Non-conformances with Customers and Suppliers, including root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions

2) Management of Deviations and Waivers with Customers

3) Analysis of contractual requirements and specifications, developing and implementing the quality assurance policies and procedures

4) Review of the compliance status of the product

5) Review and preparation of the deliverables related to the manufacturing process (procedure’s record, test report, CoC, assembly logs, inspection logs,)

**General Requirements**:
1) Good spoken and written English level (mandatory). All the documents and the meetings are performed in English

2) Working experience: 2-5 years in Quality Assurance (5 years at least if no scientific degree)

3) Scientific degree (plus)

4) Data analysis

5) Independence, initiative, ability of learning by doing, team-work

**Required Experiences & Skills**:
1) Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems

2) Knowledge of QA techniques (8D, 5 Ws,)

3) Good expertise in the management of NCs with root-cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, deviations,

4) Knowledge of materials and processes for mechanical manufacturing (coatings, surface treatments, varnishes, as black anodization, SurTec650, Nextel,) (plus)
