**Job Title**

Office Services Support
**Job Description Summary**

The role will work with the Central Services Team and in close cooperation with other functions such as Finance, HR, HSSEQ and will ensure effective delivery of first-class office experience to our employees’ community.
- Health & Safety administration from onboarding through employee’s lifecycle such as maternity, disability, medical surveillance, etc.
- Plan and implement training plans in health & safety and wellbeing
- Ensure office wellbeing services are effectively delivered to our staff around nourishment, movement, mental health (EAP)
- Monitor and implement office requirements needed to successfully maintain certifications such as Quality, Well
- Collaborate with Finance and HR improving effectiveness of cost planning and control (budgeting and planning, actual variances, cost allocations, etc.)
- Ensure Office Management vendors are fulfilling compliance requirements. Adopt a procurement approach and policy to our existing and new corporate vendors, challenging for improvement on key services through structured tender process
- Contribute as needed to our ESG strategy on sustainability reporting, inclusion projects, mobility

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering, Economy or Health&Safety preferred
- Good communication skills and fluency in **English and Italian**:

- 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in a similar position
- Experience with WELL certification, ISO certification, sustainability reporting - nice to have
- Flexibility and proactivity
- Ability to work in a team and maintain relationships with Suppliers and Consultants
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize
